This is the first of two colouring jobs I did on the same ink sketch. This one was done using the fancy pretend oil-paint tool, and the next one was just flat colour.

I've been meaning to learn how to colour properly on the computer for ages, and I've got to say I'm pretty pleased with how both of these turned out. The only annoying thing is that I don't think Sam looks very much like Sam. He looks too young and I haven't got the features quite right. I guess it serves me right for drawing while watching murder mysteries on the telly.

And, no, I don't know where he got those garish purple socks from.
